This is a perfect place for a family holiday. The staff was always nice and very polite. Wide range of meals were offered, we hardly could try all of them :) There were every day something new and exciting eg. fireshow was amazing, the kids loved it.

Hardly can be mentioned any negative issue. Defenately we had 5-10 kg plus at the end of the week :) Maybe more activities for adults, eg. yoga, tai chi in the morning would be a good idea. Regardring the food: more dishes with vegetables and seafood in the restaurant, healthier dishes for buffet lunch would be highly appreciated.

Fantastic hotel, good food and great entertainment

Beach very rocky, also we booked 2 rooms for 6 people, on the first night only 1 room available so we all had to share, I received full refund for first night and room ready next day, we also got upgraded to vip and got late checkout, I was happy with how hotel dealt with this

Water slides, food and room is good

The pool capacity is insufficient.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms perfect for families, Great waterpark and friendly staff.

Buffet was very busy and hard to get drinks . No play park on site. Very remote and far from main town.
