La camera da letto invivibile per una macchia enorme di muffa. Ho segnalato il problema e dopo aver pagato per 10 giorni circa 550€ Mi hanno detto che potevo lasciare l’appartamento ma con un addebito per le due notti che avevo usufruito pari a 300€ circa .. Booking come sempre non è stato di supporto. Vi consiglio prima di prenotare di assicurarvi che il problema sia risolto

Die Lage war gut. Es war gut, dass ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden war. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und relativ neu. Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer als auch im Schlafzimmer haben perfekt funktioniert.

Das Appartement war grundsätzlich schmutzig. Die Dusche im Bad ist komplett verschimmelt und der Duschkopf ist kaputt. Man musste ihn umknicken und stabil halten, damit Wasser rausfließen kann. Am Rand der Toilette von Innen kleben die Ausscheidungen der Vormieter. Auf dem Rand der Toilette als auch des BD‘s lagen Schamhaare. Über der Heizung hing eine Fußmatte die verschimmelt roch und voller Staub und Haare, lange Haare anderer Leute war !!!! Die wurde definitiv nicht sauber gemacht. Trotz Kontaktaufnahme und gesendeten Fotos an den Host kam keine Antwort. Die Küche war teils nicht gereinigt, die Schränke von innen verstaubt. Die Teller und das Besteck war nicht sauber. Da klebten getrocknete Essensreste dran. Auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer waren Krümmel oder Sand. UNTER der Couch und dem Bett war extrem viel Staub!!! Generell waren in der ganzen Wohnung Flecken an den Wänden zu sehen als auch an den Decken. Da gab es 100% mal einen Befall von Schimmel. Man kann nur an bestimmten Tagen in der Woche den Müll entsorgen, solange muss man ihn im Appartement lagern… Wohnung ist alles in allem sehr hellhörig. Öffnet man den Wasserhahn, hört man den Beuler noch stundenlang sehr laut arbeiten. Es ist nicht das erste Mal, dass wir in Palermo Urlaub machen. Wir haben dieses Appartement gewählt, weil es näher am Strand und gut gelegen zur Stadt liegt. Das ist auch der EINZIGE gute Punkt. Ich habe leider nicht von allem Fotos gemacht….. Ich buche dieses Appartement nicht nochmal.

Great space in the house. Lovely balcony.

The house is loud - noise of the water true the wall, the toilet light makes a lot of noise too. Basic equipment and crockery missing from the kitchen.

Very nice apartment, comfortable and we could find everything needed. Communication was also effective. Locality is a bit far from the city center /beach, but we could easily get everywhere by bus (station is really close).

Towels were not prepared, but after contacting the owner we received them in a few hours. It can happen. :)

An hour after entering the apartment, they sent a message saying that the previous godt had forgotten €30 and a photo where the money was supposedly located, but there was no money. When we left the apartment, they asked us to pay the electricity bill because we allegedly spent €108 in 9 days and they only cover up to €50. Then they showed us photos showing the alleged consumption before us. We refused to pay such a large bill because there was no mention of it on the booking, not to mention that we only slept in the apartment, and the electricity is used for the air conditioner, light... The stove is gas-powered.
