Stone sea apartment

We were absolutely captivated by this beautiful mini-house! It’s not a hotel but a private, charming dwelling standing right on the water—so close that its wall literally touches the sea, offering breathtaking views and the constant soothing sound of the waves. It is fully equipped with every amenity you could need for a perfect and comfortable stay. The key feature is its incredible direct access to the sea. It has its own small, private rocky cove for swimming and sunbathing. The added convenience of private parking was a great bonus. Lastly, Mirjana was an incredible host—so kind, helpful, and a truly wonderful person who made us feel very welcome. A truly unique and memorable place—we highly recommend it!

Kad uđete u objekat i vidite da se netko potrudio urediti i očistiti odma vam je jasno koliko se puno ovdje cijene gosti. Apartman tik uz plažu uključujući ležaljke i kajak na raspolaganju. Perfektno čisto, full opremljena kuhinja, friško renovirano, za svaku preporulu!

Naprosto úžasné místo! Krásná a klidná lokalita, hned za dveřmi moře a pláž jako z pohlednice. Z oken se nabízí dechberoucí výhled, který si zamilujete hned první den. Ubytování bylo dokonale čisté a voňavé, s citem zařízené a opravdu útulné. Neuvěřitelná atmosféra – klid, pohoda a zároveň pocit, že jste vítáni jako u dobrých přátel. Hostitelka byla naprosto skvělá – milá, vstřícná a vždy ochotná pomoci. Po příjezdu nás navíc čekalo krásné překvapení: v ledničce připravené nápoje, voda, sladkosti a vše, co potřebujete k přípravě čaje a kávy. Taková pozornost opravdu potěší. Rozhodně doporučujeme a rádi se sem vrátíme. Perfektní zážitek od začátku do konce!

We loved the location of this property as it was right on the beach and water. Our host was very accommodating and offered help with getting speed boats and advice on the area.

This was the most unique apartment that we’ve stayed in. The view was amazing and the apartment had anything whe needed. The host was very friendly and even left us some welcome drinks and snacks in the fridge! The communication was great and Mirjana is very sweet. When we will return to Montenegro, we would definitely book here again! 😊

The apartment is fantastic and confortable in a nice location area. The views and easy access to the beach is perfect to enjoy the holidays in the Kotor Bay area and arounds. Mirjana was an excellent host, friendly and her attention makes you feeling like at home.

A perfect couple of days in beautiful Risan. The apartment was comfy clean and furnished to a high standard. Our host, Mirjana, was very helpful and on hand to provide guidance. I was sad to leave the little dock and beach ⛱️
