Location was ok - thats it

The entrance to the "apartment" was in a garage.. Partially under ground with low windows looking out in a messy backyard. To top it all of there is a noisy waterpump just outside one of the windows... In the evenings renovations are being carried out on the floor above. It says there should be wifi but the landlord did not give us the wifipassword even after several requests. The landlord did not respond to any requests during our stay of 16 days

Όλα ήταν καθαρά. Μείναμε στο ισόγειο 6 βράδια. Το κλείσαμε 2 ημερες πριν πάμε. Τα έπιπλα , κουζίνα , τουαλέτα, κρεβάτι όλα καινούργια. Προφανώς ήταν πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένος ο χώρος. Στα παράθυρα υπήρχαν σίτες. Η συνεννόηση με την ιδιοκτήρια άμεση. Το δωμάτιο πλήρως εξοπλισμένο αν θέλει κάποιος να μαγειρέψει, πιάτα ή να βάλει πλυντήριο, έχει μέχρι και ασεσουάρ για τα μαλλιά. Παίρνεις μόνο τα ρούχα σου. Όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Θάλασσα δίπλα και μαγαζιά. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

Ότι δεν υπήρχε μπαλκονάκι ή χώρος εξωτερικός για να καθήσουμε. Αλλά οκ το ξέραμε εξ αρχής ότι βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο μέρος του κτηρίου.

Ηταν όλα μια χαρά ! Πολυ καθαρό ! Εξυπηρετική η κοπέλα και μας καθοδήγησε πάρα πολύ Το συνιστώ

Είχε πάρα πολλά κουνούπια (όλως παραδόξως δεν μας τσίμπησαν βέβαια αλλά σκοτώναμε τουλάχιστον 4 την ημέρα ) και μια δυο αραχνιτσες ενώ είχε σίτες και δνε αφήναμε ανοιχτά παράθυρα

Very cozy flat, owner is helpful and nice man :) localization is perfect, 5 mins walk from market and beach. I strongly recommend!

The location was fabulous. Quite but at the same time really close to a very nice beach. The place Agia Marina has everything you need, but it's a tourist spot so, don't expect something traditional there. The room given was really comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was small but well equipped. The balcony was also nice and the place was quiet. The bathroom was ok as well and spacious which is something that you usually don't find easily. A nice option for a long stay, as we understood maybe most of the people staying in the apartments were for more than a week there. Host was really nice and she was texting us if everything is ok. Moreover, she was helpful with everything we asked her.

Small improvement could be taken into consideration regarding the beds which were a little bit old, but as we were told, this is going to be changed before the next summer. So, don't keep it in mind as a real minus. Moreover, I would like to have a cleaning service after 4 or 5 days, but as I understood, you could get everything needed to do it on your own.

The bed is really comfortable, and all the features in the apartament are very handy, walkable distance to the sea and nice restaurants/supermarkets around. We were happy to have AC and dehumidifier in our room.

It would be nice to have a little guidance with the internet password, tv, and warm water from the shower would be great.
