Karang Island Villa

Beautiful villa. Friendly service. Would stay again.

Great amenities, walking distance to beach and a variety of restaurants and Warungs. Easy taxi service to other Island locations. Loved the hot and cold water filtration system, so easy to use. Staff were great and very helpful.

Beautiful new villa. Water filter, TV and nice kitchen were nice. Super comfy beds. A peaceful haven for the family for a week.. 10 minute walk from Mushroom Beach. 5 minute walk to Sunset on cliffs..Andi our host was very helpful in organising transport. I really appreciate him for taking me to the volleyball. House staff were lovely. They also have a brand new buggy we hired which was very affordable and helpful as I’m not keen having my kids on a scooter. As there are only 3 villas in the complex so it’s very peaceful. And beautifully designed. Look forward to staying in the 4 bedroom villa with the large pool that could accommodate two families. Well done Karang Island Villas, Wayan, you have created something really special!

We loved our stay at Karang Island villa. Our villa (Manta) was huge. Beds were comfortable and a great set up for a family with older children or multiple couples. The staff are absolutely amazing and so helpful organising my husband a motorbike and the included breakfast is a lovely start to the day. Villa has their own transport (additional cost) which is perfect and shop at the front with everything you really need which is so convenient. K.Jendra bar and warung is next door and great for when you feel like staying in. Can't wait to go back.

Villa is great. The location is a little bit further out than I would usually choose but it makes up for the fact that it is quiet. The road between the villa and Mushroom Bay is a bit bumpy (hold onto your hats and sunglasses) but you get used to it or there is a mostly sealed road in the other direction that comes out near the medical centre.

We loved our stay at Karang Villa. Lovely villa and the people who work there were wonderful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The pools were great. Breakfast was lovely and we'd happily return.

The location is not particularly central but if you've got a bike it's okay. And there are plenty of bars and restaurants popping up nearby.

Andi and the team were so kind and helpful throughout all parts of our stay, nothing was too much trouble! From organizing transportation, tours and massages to delivering our beautiful breakfast every morning! Highly recommend this place to stay, it is really affordable and you will be well taken care of ❤️

Everything, nice quiet area just a quick 4 minute walk to Mushroom Beach. Andy and all the staff go above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable and happy as can be. Nothing is ever too much for them. Breakfast served to your room each morning with friendly smiles. The property is clean and comfortable with everything you need. Everything was arranged for us, all we had to do was ask. We are back in Kuta now and miss the team at Karang Island already. Thank you so much. We will be back.

That we had to leave

The location is great since you can walk to Mushroom Beach where there are several restaurants and bars and you can also walk to Sunset Point and enjoy a drink at a beautiful place to watch the sun go down. Villa was very nice, clean. Staff was very friendly and available at all hours. The minimart was very convenient on site. Staff can also drive you back and forth to Jungutbatu, the main beach in Nusa Lembongan.

Had spotty Wi-fi which is problematic when trying to communicate with daily tour operators, drivers, etc. One bedroom was advertised as a double bed but was actually 2 twins pushed together with a significant gap in the middle. The showers can only provide so much hot water, so you have to shower quickly. The villa is part of a set of villas and also on a busy corner so it’s not always quiet.
