La habitación estaba bien en general y tenía la ventaja de estar a unos 20 minutos andando de la playa y del centro. Eso sí, hay que tener en cuenta que los caminos son muy típicos de Croacia: cuestas, escaleras y empedrados. Como puntos negativos, la almohada resultó incómoda y el baño bastante justo y poco práctico. Además, el entorno era algo ruidoso, lo que restaba descanso. Lo mejor fue el trato del personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. En resumen: alojamiento correcto si no te importa caminar un poco y buscas buen precio, pero con detalles a mejorar en comodidad.

A bit outdated but charming

*Nice balcony with view of the sea *Comfortable bed, and I have a bad back, so I'm picky! *Good A/C! *Fridge keeps things ICY cold! *Good size bathroom, shower on the typical small size that can be common in Europe *Good water pressure and temperature! *Owners were very nice! **Tip: WiFi info is in the shared hall if you have one of the double rooms. Info only: we had two single sheets for the top. Could be a pro or a con depending on the couple - at least I didn't steal the sheet all night this time 😆 Other info only: ocean views in this case come from being up above the old town. That's true of a lot of lodging in Hvar. If Google Maps tries to send you up some crazy side street to the right of the church, just be aware that there are about a million stairs. You're much better off going down the Riva past the Monastery and a walkway will take you to a main road. It's still an uphill incline, but much easier if you're hauling luggage!

*There was only one small thing, which likely can't be changed, so informational only: my partner was woken up early because the pipes made quite a bit of noise when the other people showered. I wear ear plugs sleeping, so I don't notice it. If you're sensitive to noises, ear plugs could be good, just in case

The host is very good, helpful and approachable. The apartment was good with good amenities. The location is near to center. Private parking was great.

The checkin information could have been better, as we initially struggled a bit to figure out the correct apartment inspite the address provided.
