Location and well equipped. There was someone at the end of the phone to help if needed.

There was a lot of noise from the property above and very cold on arrival.

Location was very good for our overnight stay, easy walking distance to eating places, shops etc Bedrooms were comfortable size, kitchen well equipped.

Would have been very helpful to have the Name of property displayed, as we arrived in the dark and struggled to locate the cottages.

Very good location. Two bathrooms, which is perfect for us. Plenty of storage in each room. Nice open layout. Well furnished. Great property.

The property wasn't ready for us at the 3pm check-in time, after a four-hour drive. One person seemed to be servicing three properties. We arrived bang on time, and it would have been sensible for that person to sort the property where people were actually waiting. I had to ring the owner to get it sorted, but we lost time that we were paying for and there was not so much as a small gesture to make up for it. Also a bit difficult when you're travelling with your 90-year-old mum who really needs to go to the loo regularly. Water in the en suite shower didn't go down - checked the trap; it was filthy and blocked with sludge

Perfect for a short trip to Wells, nice property.

The accommodation has no sign so it took a while to find correct entrance .
