اشكر القائمين علئ المنتجع كان الاستقبال ممتاز وسرعه التسجيل والدخول ايضا الافطار كان جيداً ومتنوع المكان قريب لوادي بن حماد ومطل على البحر الميت والشكر الخاص للاخت نور علئ المتابعه المستمره والاهتمام والمساعده في الاماكن السياحيه والمطاعم وغيرها شكرا ولنا عوده بإذن الله

View, breakfast, location, friendly staff

A bit hard to find (signs missing and different name on google maps), wifi only in dining area, absence of pool

The staff was incredible kind and sweet.

Heritage Inn Jordan is located in a peaceful, quiet area with beautiful views and a lovely terrace - ideal for a tranquil retreat.

The room itself was charming at first glance, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. However, there were noticeable cleanliness issues, such as ants in the bathroom and dust under the bed. While the facilities had potential, our overall experience was unfortunately disappointing. The communication prior to arrival was lacking - the only place on our 1 week long Jordan trip where the host did not reach out proactively after booking. Despite confirming dinner in advance due to our late arrival and long travel day, we were informed only after arriving that food needed to be ordered from another town, which would have caused unnecessary delays. In the end we decided to drive 30 min to Rabba to get it on our own. The host welcomed us with tea, which could have been a nice gesture, but the insistence on lengthy conversation and asking personal questions made us feel uncomfortable and disregarded our clear desire to rest. Our request to see the room was met with resistance, and overall the interaction felt intrusive rather than hospitable. Throughout our short stay, we often felt watched and not given the space to enjoy ourselves. Breakfast was average - easily the most modest of our trip - and the pool was not available to us, as it was full of local children. On the morning of check-out, we were disrupted by the host knocking on our door to request payment, which felt abrupt and out of place. In summary, while the property has potential with its peaceful location and pleasant views, the lack of guest-oriented service, inflexible attitude, and cleanliness concerns significantly impacted our stay. We hope improvements can be made to better align with guest expectations.

Not that much to do in the neighbourhood

We had very nice stay. Room was really big, beutiful and cozy. Mimi was great and very helpfull. It's peacfull place, nice terrasse and great breakfast. Recommended
