Muy buen hotel. Muchas amenidades.

El WC no tenía como quitarle lo caliente al asiento, la recepcionista lo arregló.....no cuenta con canales de entretenimiento, no hay nada que ver en la TV.....las habitaciones, demasiado pequeñas, no cambian ni las maletas.

Small hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Walking distance to a number of restaurants & cafes and a subway station (Karasuma Oike). Easy enough to get a taxi to and from Kyoto station. Convenient for Nijo Castle.

"Spacious and clean hotel with comfortable bedding."

This hotel was great, room was nice and big and clean. Staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. Great location close to metro stations and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable with fluffy blanket and pillows. Highly recommend staying here.

Not many amenities such as washing machine or iron.

喫煙所が一階にしか無く二階に宿泊していたので不便だった 駐車場の場所などの説明がわかりにくくて探すのに苦労した

We loved Kyoto Kamanza Hotel, it's on a nice peaceful street and close to a subway station. The staff were helpful and the toiletries were such a welcome addition. Lovely big comfortable beds.

I couldn't fault it, the only thing I didn't like was the substantial city tax we had to pay upon checking in which I always resent.

Very clean, spacious room (room 201)

I stayed for 4 days yet they did not clean the room. And I was charged for 2 hours late checkout for checking out at 11:10.
