Il Paesaggio Lunare

Die Unterkunft ist ein nett hergerichtetes altes Häuschen am Ortsanfang von Aliano in einem kleinen, ruhigen Gässchen, man kann das Auto an der Straße auf markierten Parkplätzen gut stehenlassen und mit dem Gepäck leicht zu Fuß hingehen. Wir hatten das 3-Bett-Zimmer im Untergeschoß, das eigentlich ein kleines Appartement für 5 Personen ist - 2 Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett. Rustikal, sauber und romantisch - genau der Stimmung in diesem Bergdorf entsprechend. Nikola, der Vermieter, war extrem nett und freundlich.

Die Unterkunft war schwer zu finden. Am besten geht man so vor: Relativ am Ortsanfang steht links an einem Mini-Park eine Büste von Carlo Levi. Hier parken. Dann kommt rechts ein kleiner schöner gepflasterter Platz. Hier sofort rechts hinein und geradeaus im Gässchen sieht man etwas hinunter ein 2-geschoßiges Häuschen, vor dem ein Tisch mit 2 Stühlen steht. Dort hängt neben der Tür die Tel.Nr. - anrufen.

Abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza fantastica, il Signor Nicola ci ha accolti come se fossimo di famiglia.

Tutto! Struttura moderna, pulita, munita di tutti i comfort ed in pieno centro, a due passi dalla casa di confino di Carlo Levi. Proprietario gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Consigliatissima!

La casa si trova all'inizio del paese di Aliano e, se leggete il romanzo di Carlo Levi, capirete il suo nome. La stanza era grande e molto curata e pulito. Tutti gli arredi era nuovi, letto comodissimo e la doccia era super. Nicola ci ha permesso di ricoverare le bici nei pressi dell'abitazione ed è stato gentilissimo nell'offrirci un aperitivo in attesa dell'inizio della festa del paese in compagnia di altri ospiti olandesi. Forse proverei un altro ristorante invece della Contadina Sisina dove abbiamo cenato. Il libro di Carlo Levi, Cristo di è fermato a Eboli, merita di essere letto (o riletto) per comprendere al meglio questo paese e i suoi abitanti.

Quiet, clean place, very well located to visit the Badlands and Craco. The village is friendly and the host Nicola is very welcoming and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious and Nicola brought us extra blankets on demand. The room is in the old part of town in a lovely street with great views

The accomodation was empty and impersonal. There was no glasses to put our toothbrush in, no kitchenware (although there is a kitchen sink and a fridge), minimal lighting. The pictures show facilities which are not part the property (outdoor garden, pool) which could be made clearer.

Lovely room with fabulous view over the amazing Calanchi . Exceptionally clean Lovely friendly chatty host. Very very close to to centre.

The accommodation is in the mountains which look like from Star wars, the village is very small, quiet and very romantic.

It was a bit cold in the room.

An excellent location, a old house well renovated with Impeccable cleanliness.
