Toda la atención es excelente

The hotel’s location is excellent, near important avenues and locations, easy to get to public transportation, if you get the breakfast it’s only ok if you get it included in the rate, a buffet with some good options, it finishes a little early though, also if you get one the rooms with balcony you will have a good sight and a lot of light, which I loved. The afternoon shift receptionists were kind and very helpful.

We arrived one night before our reservation, while we were not sure of getting a room for that night, the night receptionist was rather hostile and unfriendly, she said we cannot stay there while we decided, even when we already have a reservation for the next day and we were trying to decide if we got a room or not at THAT hotel, so it was a very awful experience that first night with that woman. The single room was a little small, but you don’t feel confined if you get a room with balcony. Also, some parts of the hotel seem a little old, but the hotel in general is clean and everything works as it should be

Los cuartos no son funcionales. el cuarto asignado tenia un pequeño balcon pero la puerta corrediza se trababa muchisisiimo, los conectores estaban en el baño y un dia no nos entregaron toallas y el personal de recepcion penso que nos la robamos.

Excelente ubicación. muy amables

Lugar muy cómodo, camas súper ricas, personal muy amable y súper ubicación
