GBBeautiful looking hotel and surrounding area. Well kept grounds
Receptionist was lacking basic knowledge of the area and services and was quite unwilling to book us a taxi claiming it’s not a type of service they would provide. I had to show her previous message we’ve exchequer fed with the hotel where they said it’s alsolutely not a problem. She then didn’t have any clue how long it would take us to get to the airport, assuming it would take at least an hour in a taxi at 5.30am! I had to Google the direction myself and show her that it only takes 34mins. Not a kind of customer service I’d expect from 4star hotel. Temperature in the room couldn’t be changed and so we’ve had really bad nights sleep in 26 degreee room! Also 2 out of 3 saunas were out of order without any notice. I rang a bell but no one turned up.
