Location (the building itself is amazing!) - very central, you can reach main landmarks by foot very quickly. The cleanliness, design - all is simple, yet smart/comfortable. Instructions were clear and lady that gave a key - friendly! Overall (if not the noise) would be a 10/10 stay for price/value ratio.

Noise. I am not a sensitive sleeper - however if you are staying there closer to weekend/warmer seasons you will def hear people downstairs in the bar. When we checked in - all was good and quiet - however evening/at night was a bit noisy. We were tired so fell asleep, however for someone it might be a sleepless night (untill ~1/2:00 am). Unless you have very good ear plugs - then this problem disappears and the stay is 10/10.

The location is great. The apartment has been recently renovated and refurbished.

There are no curtains and the building across the street is 3 metres away, with windows and balconies overlooking the apartment. People can see inside at any time, day and night. Considering also that the apartment is on the first floor (not ground floor), and that one of the two windows has a street lamp right outside, there is way too much light for comfort during the night. Simple, thick curtains. No need for fuss.

Location is perfect. Big room, amazing bathroom.

Its noisy in summer time (vis a vis restaurants). The bed sofa is not comfortable.
