INWe had a wonderful stay at The Leela Hyderabad. We celebrated our marriage anniversary along with our one year old kid at Leela. The property is beautiful, the ambience is calming, and the overall hospitality truly stands out. Upon requesting, we also got complimentary room upgrade at free of cost which is truly appreciated. A special mention to the housekeeping team especially Veera and Navagata for their exceptional service. They were incredibly attentive and ensured the room was spotless and comfortable at all times. What impressed us the most was their willingness to promptly clean the room even in the evening upon request, with the same level of care and professionalism. Our child liked the soft toys presented by the housekeeping team. Swimming pool was well maintained and was fun. Their dedication, politeness, and attention to detail made our stay even more pleasant. Truly appreciate their effort, thank you for making the experience so comfortable and memorable for our family!
Dinner buffet at Solcito could have been better with more options. Welcome drinks were not served even though requested. Also not providing a bathtub even in upgraded room feels like a miss.
