Disappointing Stay – Misleading Listing, Not a Proper Hotel I stayed at Hotel Luce near Milan with my wife, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Despite being listed as a proper hotel on Booking.com, it functions more like a bed and breakfast. There was no staff present at night, and we were the only guests in the building, which made us feel unsafe and isolated. The staff member who met us left immediately after handing over the key, without providing any emergency contact information or instructions on what to do in case of a fire, break-in, or other urgent situations. There were no signs or information available inside the building either. Additionally, the room was very cold, and no one explained how the heating system worked. We spent an uncomfortable night without proper warmth, and had no way to get assistance. This property is clearly not a full-service hotel and should be listed accordingly on Booking.com. I strongly recommend that Booking.com reviews and updates the information to prevent future guests from being misled.

An amazing new boutique hotel with a lovely onsite restaurant. The location and views are hard to beat. The owner and staff were kind and very responsive.

Fantastic, cozy, relaxing place with super client oriented personnel! It was a breath of fresh air and amazing stay as sleepovers on my long car trip. Would dream to come one more time for longer stay with my family to have this incredible experience again!

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vistelse på Luce Boutique Hotel i den underbara lilla byn. Hotellet är charmigt, stilrent och samtidigt otroligt hemtrevligt. Sängarna var bland de skönaste vi någonsin sovit i. Maten var en riktig höjdpunkt. Middagen i restaurangen var vällagad, smakrik och serverad med omtanke (risotto och Ravioli, charkbricka som förrätt). Vi blev rekommenderade ett lokalt vin (produktionen låg bara 10 minuter bort) och det slutade med att vi köpte med oss en extra flaska hem. Frukosten var precis lika perfekt – personalen hade dukat upp på förhand, också för vår son med barnstol. Fräscha råvaror, härligt kaffe och allt man kunde önska sig för en bra start på dagen. Ett särskilt tack till Lucia som arbetade på kvällen – hon var otroligt varm, hjälpsam och gjorde vår upplevelse ännu mer minnesvärd. En riktig stjärna. Det fanns också en jättefin pool. Byn i sig är en dröm – stillsam och vacker. Den perfekta platsen för avkoppling. Vi kommer absolut tillbaka!

Posizione ideale per staccare dal caos della città, cibo buonissimo e personale davvero gentile e disponibile

Purtroppo ci sono state delle perdite dal soffitto in bagno causate dalle piogge notturne, ma nulla di grave.

Struttura accogliente e pulita con personale gentile ed efficiente. Ottima colazione e cena.

Struttura di non facile accesso. Parcheggio molto scomodo, in una sorta di sotterraneo buio e impossibile uscire senza far spostare tutte le altre automobili. Assenza di ascensore con difficile accesso alle camere, per quelle ai piani più alti e’ necessario fare quattro rampe di scale. Il giardino della struttura confina con una sorta di piccolo parco pubblico, assenza di privacy per gli ospiti.
