اولا لا يوجد مواقف خارجيه كثيره ويوجد في سرداب ولكن برسوووم ماليه عاليه اذا كان أكثر من ٣ ساعات ثانيا خدمه الاستقبال سيئه للغايه ولا يوجد عامل لنقل الاغراض ثالثا عندما طلبت منهم ايرون بعد ساعتين انتظار والعذر لا يوجد خدمه غرف رابعا لا يوجد عامل لأخذ ملابس المصبغه واخبرني العامل الذهاب بنفسي خامسا اخبرتنا بالاستقبال ان الغرفه كبيره وعندما وصلت الغرفه جدا صغيره ولا تسع للأغراض سادسا لا يتم الرد من قبل الاستقبال على الهاتف سابعا قمت بطلب مطعم وعندما وصل أخبرني الاستقبال الذهاب بنفسي لأخذ الطلب وعندما طلبت منهم إعطائه للعامل لجلبه لي قالت لي لا يوجد لدينا عمال وتعالي بنفسك والاسلوب غير حضاري ثامنا عندما أردنا الخروج وعمل إجراءات الخروج أخبرت الاستقبال إرسال عامل واخبرتهم اني جدا متاخره على المطار ولا تم ارسال عامل وقمت بإنزال الاغراض بنفسي للأسف الخدمه جدا جدا سيئه مع الاسف وللعلم ان الزوار اللي معاي من دول الخليج

أعجبني الموقع والإستقبال أخص بالشكر مدير الإستقبال أستاذ لويس خليل والخدمة السريعة من خدمة الغرف

ضيق الغرف وعدم وجود تهوية جعل المكان مكتوم زيادة على ضيق الغرفة كذلك التصاق السرير بالحمام
