We had a wonderful stay at this villa and couldn't have asked for more. The location was perfect – peaceful, quiet, and ideal for a relaxing getaway while still being convenient for exploring the area. The owners were lovely, welcoming, and always helpful. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, and the pool was fantastic, very well maintained and perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay, and we would happily return in the future.

Casa Elia Filerimos was very well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The outdoor space and pool are excellent. The host communicated well and was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time at this villa. It was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were comfy, and having air conditioning throughout the house plus a washing machine made things super convenient. We especially enjoyed the garden and pool area, the perfect spot to relax, especially in the morning with breakfast. The villa is in a peaceful neighborhood, which made it easy to unwind, but it’s also close to the airport. We got a warm welcome when we arrived, which instantly made us feel at home. The team was really kind and helpful, always checking in to make sure everything was going well, and they gave us some great tips for places to eat and visit nearby.

The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong in some areas of the house sometimes, but it wasn’t a big issue. Also, while the location is great and peaceful, we’d definitely recommend having a car to get around more easily and explore the area comfortably.

I booked Casa Elia Filerimos two days before our arrival, and we were so lucky it was available! The house is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Since we usually live in the city, it was such a pleasure to wake up to the sound of roosters crowing and birds singing. The town of Pastida is just a few minutes away and has restaurants and supermarkets. Other sites, such as the city of Rhodes and the Butterfly Valley, are a 20-30 minute drive away. The house is beautifully designed, very spacious, and the garden is impressive. There are two floors: a kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom on the first floor, and three bedrooms and a larger bathroom on the second floor. Everything looks just like the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped for hosting a family, and all the appliances are new and clean. The hosts cleaned the pool every 2-3 days, so the water was always crystal clear. Every evening, after traveling around Rhodes, the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The house is also very clean, with mosquito nets on all the windows, as well as curtains and excellent blinds. Every room has an AC unit and a nice balcony, and despite having many windows and lots of sunlight, there is plenty of privacy. The garden is designed sustainably, with pebbles and succulents. There is private parking and a BBQ stand on the premises. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! We arrived late in the evening with the kids and were stressed about finding a supermarket. To our surprise, the hosts had thought of everything in advance and left fresh food on the dining table and in the refrigerator. This was such a huge help and a wonderful surprise. Later, we had the pleasure of meeting the hosts, who are amazing people – so kind and helpful – they made us feel like part of their family. They went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. Ioanna even checked in with me after our flight back to make sure we had arrived home safely.

I propose moving the BBQ to the garden, near the pool.
