The rooms were large

The hotel's service fell short, prioritizing sales over customer satisfaction. The towels were notably rough, and despite our concerns during our five-day stay, the management showed no interest in addressing them or meeting with us. Throughout our experience, we felt like mere numbers, with no genuine care or effort shown from a customer service perspective. The lack of responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs was deeply disappointing, and it was the management's approach that left the biggest impression. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning in the future.

Good variety at breakfast. Generous servings. Neatness. Friendly staff.

Lack of punctuality at serving breakfast - I had to start my day late by almost an hour. This lateness does not favor clients traveling for work/business.
