Pearl Street Hotel & Suites

Nice and convenient location in the heart of the historic downtown area.

No free parking. I specifically emailed asking if there was continental breakfast, they said they did, but did not. Funky smell in elevators. Shower only had extremely hot temperature, which is better than cold, but it was too hot to enjoy. We paid double the price because they increased it due to the concert.

The hotel looked like it had been condemned . It smelled awful . Thankfully the room did not smell and the bed was comfortable. Will not go back

Shower was scolding hot with no adjustment and the mini fridge was not working. But otherwise it was nice

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Signs posted everywhere saying, “NO FIRE ALARM CALL 911 Incase of emergency “

The property is clearly in transition from a previous property to what it is now, and there didn’t seem to be much management present. The fitness center was unclean, the bar was under construction, construction was happening early in the mornings which woke us up both mornings, including Memorial Day. Best part of the property is the location. Great walkability. Room was clean.

Clean and comfortable, spacious rooms. Very nice staff. Walkable to many restaurants and bars.

Stayed for our daughter’s graduation. Very convenient location, clean and staff was very nice!

Front desk gentleman was very pleasant.
