Pearl Street Hotel & Suites

Love the location but nothing memorable about the hotel. Restaurant was closed. In general the place felt like it needed an upgrade or refresh.

It was a nice looking hotel.

The check in process was smooth, and parking was plentiful and free in the ramp with validation from the hotel. Small selection of chips and drinks for purchase. The room had been cleaned, but overall was in need of a remodel. Many things were old, broken, cracked, etc .. overall, it wasn't enough to bring to the staff for immediate attention - because there wasn't really anything that could be done in the moment. It was an average room, with dated and VERY worn touches that was an adequate stopover for one night. The price paid reflected this condition (vs the competition) and we would consider staying again for a similar price, however we would weigh all options first.

No breakfast

They were super accommodating when I accidentally booked for the wrong day, and they let me change my date at the last minute. My room was clean and quiet, and everything was super comfortable! My only complaint is that some of the stuff was a little worn down. The bathroom door was old and hard to close, and there were loose tiles in the bathroom, but otherwise very good experience!

Walking distance to restaurants and bars

Great location! Front desk clerk was very friendly, checking in time was minimal.

The location to bars and restaurants are Amazing, bed was comfortable.. but there was no shower curtain on the shower and small tvs
