"Загалом за цю ціну нормально ,але дратувало купа кодів..."

Що є кухня де модна щагріти іду і попити чай,є холодильник ,ліжка зручні, близько до центру

В номері холодно було, що купа кодів на всі двері,що не має людини живої на рецепціі,що не має ліфта і на 4 поверх потрібно пішки іти .

הבעל הבית אמר לי בפירוש שאני יכול לצאת אחרי השעה 10:00 ואחרי זה הוא איים עלינו שאם לא נצא הוא מזמין לנו משטרה! אל תתקרבו למקום הזה! הוא גנב!

La proximité du centre ville, j’ai pu tout faire à pied La cuisine sympa

Les murs fins entre les logements, si vous tombez sur des voisins bruillants comme moi, vos nuits vont être très courtes. Mais ça ça dépend de l’éducation des personnes.

1. Идеальное расположение Добраться куда угодно — легко. Всё рядом, локация действительно сильная сторона. 2. Удобные кровати Спать комфортно, матрасы нормальные — здесь претензий нет. 3. Тёплый пол в душе и туалете Приятный и неожиданный бонус на фоне общего холода. Можно буквально прийти посидеть и «погреться» ))

1. Отсутствие отопления (главный минус) В объявлении указано, что отопление есть. Фактически: на улице +2 ночью, в комнате холодно. На вопрос «где отопление?» — ответ: «сезон ещё не начался». Это серьёзное несоответствие описанию. Такой момент нужно честно указывать заранее. 2. Ужасный Wi-Fi Об этом писали в отзывах — и это правда. Интернет настолько слабый, что даже YouTube не грузится. Приходилось использовать мобильный интернет в роуминге (!). В 2025 году странно экономить 20–30 долларов и получать плохие отзывы из-за Wi-Fi. 3. Уставшее общее состояние номера – Старая или "уставшая" мебель – Пыль в некоторых местах – Изношенная сантехника – В душе вода уходит ОЧЕНЬ медленно Складывается ощущение, что давно не делали ремонт. 4. Отсутствие лифта Подниматься на 4-й этаж с высокими потолками нелегко после длительных прогулок по городу. Но это было указано заранее, поэтому это не претензия, просто факт.

Быстрая и удобная регистрация и заселение

Не понравилась липкая и грязная поверхность столов и стульев в номере. На полу фантики с под конфет. Не понравилось, что за пол часа до выезда в комнату начали стучаться 10 человек и горничная, и торопить с выездом, так как они заселяются сейчас. Пульта не нашли от телевизора. Номер не соответствовал фотографиям
