Le Petit Guesthouse

Le Petit Guesthouse was far from small. It has been very sympathetically renovated by the owners in a simple but attractive style, with effectively 3 bedrooms. It is ideal for 4 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and up to 4 children. The house was clean and provided everything that you would need for an overnight or longer stay. Included were items such as tea coffee and milk, with a fully equipped kitchen and aircon. Also there is good outside space with a brick built braai (BBQ) and ample seating round an outside table. There was even a shaded area for parking your car. Pricing was also competitive and overall the house exceeded our expectations from the descriptions on the website. Many small touches such as information being displayed in photo frames on the wall rather than in a tatty folder that is so often provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay.

The signage for the guest-house could be clearer; we took the first track marked Le Petit and ended up at the main residence. The guesthouse entrance is the next track along.

If you are looking for peace and quiet and the escape of city life, this is it. Friendly hosts. Well equipped kitchen, braai area, safe parking. Close to the N1 and Bloemfontein. Will definitely return, highly recommended. Thank you very much Nita

Excellent place to stay - we travelled with 3 dogs. Spacious and enough place in the bedroom to allow the dogs to sleep in their crates. Friendly and helpful owner! Clean and fully equipped. Family with kids will enjoy the facility!

The house is very cold - an a/c is available and can be put on a heater setting but the floors are very cold. An inside fireplace, especially for winter times, will be an excellent addition to this facility!

I loved the quiet farm life experience. Huge space, inside and outside, for the kids to enjoy themselves. Nice kitchen, rooms, lounge, kiddies area. We were delighted.

The shower floor needs to be improved, to drain the water properly.

It’s a quiet and peaceful area away from the noise and city bustle. It was clean and spacious.

We like that it has privacy and is in a quite area. There is more than enough space.

Very spacious & comfortable- lovely relaxing farm setting.

Close to everything but you feel away from everything at the same time. Well looked after, clean, comfortable, slept like a baby. Spacious, and tranquil.

The only thing we didnt like is that we had to leave. Could have stayed a lot longer!
