We booked a family friendly house that looked great but when we got there we found out that CHILDREN UNDER 12 ARE NOT WELCOME BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE OR ROOM for children in 60m2 house (??) to accomendate children. We were very disappointed and were not reimbursed, so essentially we donated over 400€ for the alpacas...
