Novotel Twin Bed at Mandaluyong Near Makati FREE pool

They have good facilities though we were not able to use it

We were booked for a unit in novotel with 2 double size bed because we are group of 4. It looks nice in the post that is why we book for it. On the same day that we we will check in, the host informed us of some electrical problems in the unit and they have to transfer us to another unit with 1 double size bed and family size floor matress. They even asked us if we want to cancel the booking but refund will take time coz it was paid thru credit card. Since we are in are way already to manila and we will be reaching late night.. we just agreed to stay. When we reach there.. our name is not on the guest list.. its another name on the list of the guard. It was late and we are all tired. We have to call the host and deal with the guard. It took some time before it was sorted out. When we reached the unit.. we were disappointed with the floor mattress coz it so thin.. 2 inches thin and not comfortable at all. Space of putting the matress is small also. Though, they tried to compensate by giving us free parking but still this stay was not comfortable at all and disapppointing. Its good for 2 persons only not 4.
