Little Bright House

The bungalow was lovely and ideal for 2 people to stay and has been tastefully furnished and. Maintained to a high standard. We had a slight problem with the key not working but this was resolved within minutes by Rebecca, who was very helpful. It was nice to receive a welcoming note and gift which was a nice touch. There was a folder with a map of the town and details of the local amenities, including a list of restaurants, bars and cafes, which was excellent.

Pretty much everything - very comfortable and well equipped

The cabinet in the bathroom is positioned so you risk banging your head when brushing your teeth.

We liked everything, it was spotless, well supplied with things like Tea, coffee, soap,toiletries, and the decor was great, nice to see some colour, and thought gone into it, not just grey everywhere. Equipment was modern, and all worked. Host was excellent, not intrusive but there if needed. Front garden area was great, especially the loungers, private and quiet.

Minor points -The toilet roll holder (flat top cover) was in the way when trying to get the paper and i walked into it numerous times, it’s a bit sharp! Would also like a bowl or plug for kitchen sink, whilst we knew there was a dishwasher, we didn’t use it for just two mugs and small plates. Also a proper guest book would be great, it’s always nice to read comments from other visitors, with tips and places to eat/ visit

The property is well named. It is beautifully bright and a perfect size for 2 people. The kitchen is very well equipped including dishwasher and washing machine. Our host, Amanda, left a welcome basket of Prosecco, local beer crisps and chocolate. A really lovely touch. She also recommended a local hairdresser to me. Fabulous place to stay.

Couldn't find a plug for the sink! We improvised! Never have used a dishwasher!
