New Hotel. Everything clean.

No utensils though a kitchen is present. We are not informed prior to the trip. It seems to be staying in a very cheap hotel.

I’ve already let you guys know what was going on with the state for this hotel and the reasons why I could not check in so therefore I asked for a refund and I did not get it yet so obviously you guys do not respect me nor nor any of Your customers and I am very upset and I asked for a refund and I still haven’t gotten it yet and you guys took $100 off of my card
