The breakfast was really, really good. There is a lift which is a great help when you have heavy luggage. The room is spacious and light and the shower pressure is strong. The hotel is centrally situated, close to the ferries and the bus station. There are many good coffee shops/ restaurants within close proximity to the hotel.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Choose only a refundable reservation option. If you need to make any changes, they dont answer the phone, they dont reply to emails, and they dont respond to messages on Booking chat. I even called Booking customer service but booking resp. could not reach hotel either. Because of their lack of communication, my organization had to be cancelled. It was a sad and disappointing experience 😔
