I booked for this Hotel through booking. Com to pay at the property. I arrived in pattaya sick after a 24 hours flight. I called this hotel by 12 noon to request for early check-in because of my health condition, the sales person got my information and told me that they were booked up. I had no other choice but to book for another hotel through booking. Come (ACQUA HOTEL) telling the sales person I'll be coming the next day. I arrived the next day, checked in by 1pm for the same room for two nights and paid cash as agreed. The sad news here is that BOOKING.COM changed my credit card for all three nights after the Classroom hotel collected cash and issued receipt for my stay at their hotel. I need my money re embossed immediately because I cannot pay for the same hotel double.

Posizione perfetta, vicino alla spiaggia ad alla zona dei divertimenti Staff molto professionale, gentile e sempre pronti a risolvereproblemi. Ottima la cucina. Stanza molto accogliente, pulitissima. Ottimo in tutto, consigliato.

Location is great. Clean rooms and friendly staff. This is my go to place in Pattaya
