Beautiful location, quite secluded, great place to relax

There is nothing wrong with the property, we loved it, and would stay there again, but the listing includes some misinformation. The villa is not beachfront, it’s a few miles from the beach, there are no sidewalks or walking paths to the beach and there is not a view of the sea.

All was perfect!! The villa is huge, rooms are big, the kitchen is big and fully stocked. The swimming pool is big and beautiful. Perfect! 10 of 10!

This is a perfect place for a large family or friends, the house is stunning and very comfortable a beautiful pool and grounds, very well maintained. Correspondence with owners and staff 10/10. Can 100% recommend.

We stayed at this incredible villa with a large group, and it was nothing short of amazing. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and each one feels like a boutique hotel suite. Every detail has clearly been thought through to offer maximum comfort and luxury. The garden is simply a dream – vast, lush, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of cozy seating areas throughout. And the pool? Absolutely stunning – we could’ve spent the entire vacation in it! But what truly makes this place stand out is the total privacy. The villa is secluded and peaceful, giving you that wonderful feeling of having your own private paradise. Also, the hosts are very responsive and happy to assist with any request :)

The villa is designated as a “green villa” and therefore has a built-in limitation on electricity consumption. As such, one should make sure that for example - when using high-powered kitchen appliances for cooking or baking, other household devices are turned off as much as possible to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping.

Sehr nettes Personal, immer für eine Antwort gut,und immer erreichbar. Komfortabel und gut gelegen. Alles da was man braucht und sehr ruhig im Umfeld. Empfehlenswert. 😉👌👌

Die Lage des Hauses ist super ruhig im Grünen gelegen. Der eingezäunte und sehr gepflegte Garten mit vielen Blumen und Pflanzen ist absolut fantastisch, so konnten wir unsere 2 Hunde ohne Probleme draussen herumlaufen lassen. Die Küche ist mit allem was man zum Kochen braucht ausgestattet, so waren auch zb. Kaffee, Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze, Essig und Oel da. Sehr schön ist die gedeckte Terrasse mit dem grossen Gas-Grill und die zweite riesige Terrasse im Freien mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die beiden Kühlschränke und die zusätzliche Kaffeemaschine bei der gedeckten Terrasse sind super, so muss man nicht immer in die Küche im unteren Stockwerk. Der Pool ist gross und sehr gepflegt und es hat ausreichend Platz für die Liegen, Badetücher werden auch genügend zur Verfügung gestellt. Geschätzt haben wir, dass der Pool eingezäunt ist, ideal mit kleinen Kindern oder Hunden, die nicht baden sollen :-). Das Haus hat einen tollen Grundriss und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind alle angenehm gross und haben super bequeme Betten. Kontakt und Schlüsselübergabe: Wir wurden von zwei sehr zuvorkommenden, freundlichen Raumpflegerinnen empfangen, die bei einem kleinen Problem auch sofort Rücksprache mit dem Besitzer nahmen. Sie haben uns herum geführt und uns alles erklärt und sogar beim Ausladen unserer Esswaren geholfen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön, wir haben das sehr geschätzt!

Gorgeous property located close to lake Maggiore. Beautifully designed and furnished. We really enjoyed our stay. We're able to check in earlier and Patty was very helpful, showed us around and the communication was great.

We're a group of friends of 12 and the allocation of the rooms are not very fortunate for all adults. 4 of us had to sleep in a kid's room and the beds were not very comfortable. Probably better suited for families with kids or friends who don't mind the "unfair" room allocations. We would've enjoyed more entertainment, board games, etc.
