The host s cute n very enthusiastic when we stay here. The home s really lovely n the price is very good. I will visit when possible.

A lovely guesthouse located on a quiet street in the centre of town close to eateries, an abundance of cafes and green spaces which make walking around the city possible. The room featured a high ceiling which gave the impression of space and the balcony was a bonus. The bed was fairly comfortable. Note that if you're in a room with a double bed your view might be of a busy street which is noisy until around 11pm. The owner's mother was friendly despite not speaking English and assisted with hiring motorbikes and an umbrella for the wet weather. Getting around town on a motorbike is relaxing in comparison to Saigon and the city has wide roads which makes it easier. The beach is close by and it's clean and the water was refreshing. Thank you very much for our stay ☺️

Quirky place to stay with a lovely owner and a super cute dog. We made great friends with a family over the road who run a cafe and tattoo shop. The hotel is spacious, fun and very comfortable. Good value for money and close to shops and cafes. We are going back to stay longer.

The location is very "center" to the point of the city. It was so easy to hanging around!! And the staff was so nice to us. Clean and comfort as always,... it's not the breath-taking view as we expected but it's fine!

such a unique set up, as if you’re staying in a treehouse. the room we had (king size), looked just as in the photos (though the view is slightly less charming). comfortable bed though quite low and firm so may not be suitable for everybody. really nice hanging chair type thing and other seating options in the room. good shower (though no door). the gentleman at reception was friendly and helpful.

nothing really, just know there’s quite a few stairs so heavy luggage or people with accessibility constraints may need to reconsider.

This is a small but comfortable accommodation. Room is small but manageable, bathroom is small, but overall very clean. location is acceptable but our room has window facing a major street, hence some noise from traffic. However, Phan Rang is very laid back, very little traffic as we came for only 2 reasons - Cham towers and the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby, and the beach (Ninh Chu) is a short taxi ride away. Given this is a small town/city, I suspect very little options in town unless staying at beachside resorts, and this is a good value in center of town.
