This hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are friendly, helpful and caring. For my early 5:50 AM trip to Machu Picchu, the front desk arranged my taxi and even prepared a breakfast box for me. When I returned feeling unwell, the staff showed great concern and kindness. Highly recommended and totally trustworthy. 10/10, would give more if possible!

A great stay with comfortable rooms, heating, and excellent, generous breakfasts. I stayed here twice and would happily choose it again — the family atmosphere makes you feel at home, and the ruins are only a 5-minute walk away.
