Panormo Beach Hotel

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and to restaurants. Parking in front of the hotel is very easy, they have plenty of space. The staff was very friendly. Good breakfast.

The bathroom smelled of pipes. The bathtub was not in a great state. I upgraded to the sea view room because it was supposed to have an extra-large double bed but it had twin beds pushed together. The sea could only be seen standing in the balcony - sitting down there were walls in the way. Regardless, it was a convenient and mostly comfortable stay (except for the smell).

Location in the village was spot on, not too near the night life but a short walk, so peaceful and quiet. Alexandra, our receptionist and breakfast waitress was amazing, sorting out our issues, changing our initial room, which was not the one we booked and locating a kettle which was missing from the room. Her cheerful smile and readiness to fix any problems plus providing information and advice during our stay turned a potential disaster into an enjoyable stay.

Many of the advertised amenities didn't exist, no a la carte restaurant, no garden terrace bar (just a rusty fridge and a bare terrace, and the main bar was not staffed, only open on request. There was no kettle in the room initially, although we were found one when re raised the issue, and the safety deposit box was an extra charge. Our initial room had mould round the bath and the shower was held in place with Sellotape! These were rectified when we raised them and our small room was changed for the larger one we booked, thanks to Alexandra.

very nice place, great location! we want to say thank you to Alexsandra and Visalis for taking care of everything- there was a little problem with the room and they did everything to fix it. very nice room and very clean. very recommend.

Very clean throughout, and the interior design of the reception and lobby area is finished to a high standard. The hotel is modern, has a lift and a lovely pool. The whole staff team were wonderful, could not do enough for us, always warm and welcoming. Breakfast was very good with lots of varying choices every morning, and ran until 11am which was great for when you didn't want to jump out of bed. The hotel is ideally located for the beach and the local amenities.

The room was a tad small for a double, but perfectly adequate and had all the facilities you need, especially the air-conditioning. We were a bit disappointed that there are no pool facilities such as a snack bar.

The extreme kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the location 50-100 m from the beach. Swimming pool a bit small but perfect for children.

Just some minor points: the breakfast was just enough for a three star hotel and could be improved. Some problems with the furniture (the hinge of the fridge box door detached, not resolved despite the report), with the bedroom door (which at a certain point would no longer close, problem solved only after some insistence) or with the system conditioning (fixed immediately). Noisy bathroom vent.
