Apartment The Charm

Utrolig bra beliggenhet. Rett ved grensen til gamlebyen og bare noen minutter fra stranden. Rolig og koselig gate. Ser mange skriver at det er mange trapper, selv om det står tydelig at leiligheten ligger i 3 etasje. Dette var ikke et problem for oss, men med tanke på at det er mange trappetrinn kan det føles som leiligheten er i 4 eller 5 etasje. Som sagt uansett ikke noe problem. Du har alt du trenger i leiligheten og aircondition var helt nydelig. Pluss at det var safe i leiligheten. Gode persienner for å blende for lys. Matea, som jeg hadde kontakt med, var behjelpelig med en gang man trengte noe. Super service.

Kunne ønske det var et tørkestativ for å henge opp håndklær og badetøy til tørk. Jeg synes sengen var ganske hard da det ikke er noe overmadrass. Min samboer synes det gikk fint.

Great communication with owner Matea, who went above & beyond providing accommodation to organise a driver for me from the airport, who also carried my suitcase up all the stairs. She also found me on WhatsApp & checked in to make sure I had all I needed. The apartment is gorgeous, with a lot of charm & character. I loved the wooden beams in the ceiling. It was also really close to a lovely sandy beach, & I was able to walk to the port & bus station with my suitcase with no difficulty. Lots of facilities & extras

All those stairs! I couldn't work out how to get the microwave to work.

Easy arrival instructions, great property with cute views of the church! Really good apartment if you want to close to Split central!

Apartment was clean

Shower glass fell on me and broke into small pieces. Owner said that it happened to someone else last year but it's my fault that I used to much force to close the glass.... Be very careful and maybe do not close the shower

Great location. Easy walk to the Old town and the ferry/marina. Clean and comfortable, keysafe entry, easy to find. Quiet neighbourhood.

Stairs to get to the 3rd floor but was fine for us.

This is a spacious, comfortable, modern apartment in a great location. It is a 15 min walk to the bus and train station, and the old town. The apartment, bathroom and kitchenette are well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is very quiet. There is a lovely view from the windows. Highly recommended.
