Completely new hotel we were moved to was really clean and neat. The staff was lovely. The original hotel (50 metres away) served delicious breakfast.

The hotel was overbooked and they offered us another accommodation in a hotel more away from the city centre and of a lower quality (lower rating on booking.com as well). Only after I said I don't like it, they offered a new hotel just next to ours. The new hotel room was really nice, but the check in experience I mentioned above wasn't. The staff apologized a lot afterwards though.

Lovely big room, great location in Bukhara old town. Very clean. Very helpful staff who went out of their way to help with all our needs. Nice breakfast.

Our shower was broken in the first room but the staff were very helpful in moving us to a new room quickly. First room did not have wifi as it was too far away. No minibar (as was advertised).

One of the best boutique hotels I have stayed at. Great location right near the old town and a nice size room, new and clean. Good breakfast and just a friendly, really nice hotel. Highly recommend!
