דירה גדולה ומרווחת, נקייה ברמה גבוהה ביותר, יש פן לשיער, שמפו ומרכך של מותג יוקרתי, מכונת קפה, תה ונס קפה, כניסה קלה לבניין ולדירה והכל עבד בקלות, בעלי דירה נחמדים ואדיבים מאוד! מיקום מעולה מצד אחד שקט מאוד בדירה ומצד שני האזור די.מרכזי ובמרחק הליכה קצר מחנויות, מסעדות, ברים ובתי קפה. מדהים שאפילו היתה מטריה בארון ובמקרה נאלצנו להשתמש בה...:) מיטה ענקית, מזרון רך מאוד ונוח, מצעים נקיים עם ריח נהדר ומגבות ללא הגבלה. יש גם מכונת כביסה. בקיצור מומלץ בחום!

היתה בעיה עם המקרר שהיה מקולקל והבעיה לא תוקנה. אומנם הבעלים קיבלו עידכון בזמן אמת, אך כניראה לא הספיקו לפתור את הבעייה...
