The host was very kind and helpful. Upon arrival there were two bottles of water prepared for us. The apartment is really spacious with modern amenities. Location is in the center, you can find everything in walking distance. There is also a parasol, which can be really useful when you visit the nearby beach.

Be aware of the stair in the bathroom, it is easy to fall. Some parts of the bathroom looked a little bit moldy.

The apartment is in a great location, near the train station and close to the city center. It is furnished pleasantly and functionally. The owner of the apartment, Marco, gave us useful information about restaurants, food, trips in the area. He was available for any questions throughout our stay.

Met by Marco who showed us around the apartment and was always available for any help we might need. Sent us info on sites to see/places to go. Apartment is spacious, large bathroom and good supplies. Great washing machine that has a dryer function as well. Wish it had a microwave as I like to reheat my coffee many times! Building is on a side street. Although some noises from the road waft up it’s not noticeable with the AC fan on. Apartment is between the Vecchia & train station (about 10 minutes to either). Very close to the main pedestrian area that was decorated for the holidays.

The location halfway between the train station and the old town was perfect for us to walk either direction - exploring Bari or catching bus or train to surrounding villages. The apartment was modern, clean and tidy with a lift for access. There were 3 of us and apartment felt spacious. The person on the sofa bed said it was very comfy - not the hard metal frame type!

The owner was very unpleasant and annoying. He left us waiting under the rain at the building entrance for two hours and did not let us bringing in all the luggage (except for just one piece), however we asked for early check in and the room was empty for sure. In the living room next to the sofa there is an extra expensive but fragile lamp that costs 7000 euros as the owner warned us. Every time you get up from the sofa you hit it with your head risking to pay a horrible compensation for that thing. Coffee was cheap and old. Ran out of hand soap. So greedy... It is for sure does not meet expectations and is not worth the money we paid.
