Bellevue Bari Sardo

L'appartamento ha tutte le dotazioni necessarie per un confortevole soggiorno. Spiaggia raggiungibile in pochi minuti grazie al passaggio pedonale, ben segnalato di fronte al vialetto del complesso, e alla stradina sterrata che costeggia i campi e arriva direttamente sul viale della spiaggia.

La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente,lo staff molto competente ed accogliente, ci ha fatti sentire in vacanza fin da subito, mi è piaciuto come è stato gestito il check in e il check out, sicuramente consigliato e con la speranza di ritornarci....!

Purtroppo il doccino della doccia ha bisogno di essere cambiato,pensavamo che c era una macchina del caffè come su descrizione ma c era solo la moka,inoltre una presa a muro era priva di coperchio..

Precisione e chiarezza nelle cose, rendono il soggiorno piacevole fin da subito.

This place was a little jem and we miss it a lot! Very good size for two people, nice lounge, kitchen equipped with everything necessary for few days, bed comfortable and the cherry on top was the small terrace with a nice view! The beach is just 5/10 mins walking, to go to Bari Sardo centre you need a car or bike because it's simply too far.

Careful to mosquitos! Take some photos insects protection, Autan is the best!

the location was great, you can reach Torre di Bari beach on foot, basic coffee places around, near Bari Sardo for supermarket shopping and not far from Tortoli for a night out. Neighbours were very friendly and polite and in general very quiet location. The management was great and had prompt communications with us when issues with laundry machine and rubbish collection was raised. Marco was great, resourceful and very helpful.

The property has a bad layout in main living area where kitchen is located the two windows cannot open properly and room is very dark and warm. The balcony is located at the back and is funny that the toilet window is open for viewing to whoever seats outside. The balcony has no view and is not inviting to use it, we only sat once to have some dinner.But is small and has also the rubbish boxes for recycling that can be smelly, especially the compost one, (during summer). Windows in general cannot be stabilised in open position and in bedroom crash with wardrobe door and bedroom door.Air conditioning is also placed in bad position. Does not produce enough coolness. The lighting unfortunately is really awful in all rooms, very white sickening light that puts you off from spending time in the flat. We had to cover some white table lamps to soften the effect.And make a handcrafted light shade for the pendant light in the kitchen. The bedroom does not have black out curtains so the sun wakes you up very early, also the bed is awful, two singles brought together that make so much noise so when one person turns wakes up the other. The pillows were awful, very soft and mattress was also uncomfortable. we got back and neck pain. Laundry machine in the toilet is an electrical hazard as wire to plug it in passes under the toilet's sink and light switch next to the plug does a short circuit and stops working. The laundry itself does not work properly.
