Jasmine Residence NEW Duplex Apartment

Wonderful apartment, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location is great, a 6 minute walk from the big Coresi mall, and similar distance to a Penny supermarket which we found more convenient than the huge Auchan at the mall. If your going to the historic center by car it’s about a 10 minute drive, and by bus about 20. The apartment itself is nicely decorated, bedrooms are big and comfortable, kitchen and dining table are spacious and well equipped. It was also super clean on arrival. There is a parking spot reserved for the apartment behind the building. Sebastien, the host, was easy to communicate with, and met us for check-in. Self check-out was very convenient. Overall, this is without a doubt one of the nicest apartment we’ve been to in our travels. I could not be more pleased. Thank you :)

A little more equipment in the apartment such as: cutlery, paper towel, washing machine soap.

First, the apartment was spotless clean. It contained almost everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. It is located a few minutes away from a huge shopping center and has at least 3 supermarkets in the vicinity. It has private parking and an elevator. Beds are also comfortable.

Unfortunately we visited during a heat wave in Romania and it was unbearable to stay in the apartment during the day because there is no AC and there is no natural air flow in the apartment. It was very very hot during our stay. Second, there are no blinds in the windows, only light curtains. Third, the owner accepts only cash.

There is only one parking place available, if you come with more than one car, you need to park the second car far from the building.

The apartment looks new and very clean and smells good. The apartment has most of the facilities you need such as a fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, etc. The owner, Sebastian, and his wife were welcoming us and very friendly, very helpful. There is a private parking for the apartment, in front of the building's door. We had a very smooth check-in and check-out. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment meets my expectation. It should be noted that there is no AC in the apartment as mentioned by the owner in the description, as most buildings in Brasov do not have air conditioning. However, we were aware of this fact prior to our stay. Brasov is located in high elevation close to mountains. The weather in the evening is chilly, so opening the windows provides sufficient cooling. Additionally, the apartment has portable fans available if needed. Therefore, the lack of central air conditioning was not a concern during our stay in June.

The flat is very nice. The location is as well nice and close to different store. You are about 5-6 min away from the shopping mall in the area. Also, there are some pubs in Coresi area which are close of the apartment. In regards to the owners they are super nice and we had a good communication with them.

I really recommend this accommodation, the apartment is very clean and very spacious and beautifully decorated. We will definitely return here. Bathrooms are very clean. We had a great time there.

I don't have any complaints, just one recommendation, a Nesspresso coffee capsule machine would be even better. I just find this type of coffe machine better when traveling.(They have a classic coffee machine there) However there is a coffee shop next to the building where they have good coffee.
