Parking is challenging

Very central, 5 minutes from the shops in the centre, 10 minutes from the train station and 20 minutes to the beautiful Ness islands. The cottage is spacious and very clean. It's not entirely clear from the pictures, but there is a downstairs toilet, an upstairs bathroom and a separate shower.

The bedrooms are located on the front, so they can be a bit noisy in the morning, but this is a minor complaint (and, after all, it's difficult to find a central location that's also quiet).

Key collection was simple and hassle-free. The house was clean and had a unique charm, giving a sense of staying in a historic home with character. The quiet backyard with a bench was a lovely spot to relax on sunny days. We, however, didn't spend much time in the hose as we were travelling across Scotland. Rooms were comfortable, and the neighbourhood was pleasant and conveniently close to the city centre, with many restaurants nearby. The well-equipped kitchen and two separate bathrooms added to the convenience of the stay.

Despite having two bathrooms, there was only one shower cabin, which felt a bit limiting, especially for a group. However, this was a minor inconvenience given that we didn’t spend much time at the house during the day.

Great location, quirky garden and space for the whole family to spread out

The property is located 3min away from the centre, it was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. Really good choice if you wanna visit Inverness.

Beautiful cottage. Very close to shops, bars, eateries and the river ness. Parking was also close by and the permit came in handy. Even though you can't park directly in front of the property it was only a short walk away. We were very comfortable and the house had lots of character. All very clean. Price reasonable for location. Free biscuits were also a bonus. Hope to stay again soon.

Some traffic noise, but considering location it's to be expected.

Quirky aesthetic, comfy, cosy and perfect for the City Centre. Immaculate and well equipped. Can't recommend enough.
