Beautiful and clean appartment in a good location. Bed is super comfy. Host very friendly

Good location, 5 min walking from bus stops and KTEL station. I recomment bus 6 to Ammoudara beach and 1 to the airport. Studio is nice, well equipped, and spacious enough. Several storages space, I liked the mirror in the closet 😊 Very useful. I have appreciated the smart TV so I could use it for Youtube or Netflix. Balcony is nice, you can have your coffee there in the morning and hang out the wet clothes. Great to have washing machine, iron, and all details in the kitchen, really appreciated. Parking spot is a plus, you can always find available spots on the street. Niko and Rosa were very nice and friendly and answered my requests. I have also found 2 bottles of water in the fridge when arrived, thanks!

Neighborhood is dirty with a lot of trash on the streets. Also, quite scary during the evenings. Hot water could be a minus. Even if I have turned it on ~20 min before having shower, waited till beep and everything, it was hot in the first minutes but if you are a woman washing your hair be sure by the end it gets cold. Fortunately, it was still warm enough outside, so I did not get a cold. Shower is quite small. I have 160cm so no problem but if you are a big guy it might be a bit uncomfortable. I would have liked the balcony door to have a net as well as there were some insects in the apartments and, I was a bit afraid of rats, taking into consideration the balcony position and the dirty neighborhood.

Very comfortable and nicely decorated, they let us use the washing machine.

The host was away but I believe his wife met us. She was so gracious and friendly. She even gave us oranges so that we could have freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast! This was a great treat and we really appreciated this gesture. We will definitively book again with them upon our return.

This isn't a comment about the hosts but we found we got lost coming back from the main area. Google maps sometimes can't differentiate the "higher" versus "lower" road and thus it would appear we are walking back correctly ...but we should have been on another road down below.

Marijoy Central Apartment is a delight. Everything from the decor to the location just makes the place feel like home. Nikos is also really nice. I didn’t meet him in person but talked every single day I spent at the apartment. He checked on me regularly, recommended some nice places to visit, and provided me with potential car rental services. He also allowed me to check out 3 hours later than the checkout time. This went long way in ensuring I had sufficient time to explore the city more on the last day of my stay.

Not an area for improvement but worthy of note that the hot water needs to be turned on at least 20 mins before taking a shower. I don’t mind this really as it saves energy and helps the planet.

It’s really central, the apartment had everything we needed, the host was really friendly and helpful and gave us nice good food recommendations.

The pillows were «difficult» to sleep properly, and sometimes you hear the noise from your neighbours.
