Comfortable bed and spacious room for short stay in Catania. You can park a a car in front of the door.

The bathroom was unclean which was very disappointing. It felt it was not cleaned for months as sink tap, the whole shower and shower heads were covered in limescale. Dust on heated towel rail and toilet. Also coffee machine also not cleaned for a long time as it had limescale as well jn water container. I would suggest investing in more comfortable pillows.

Perfume could help the situation but it may not be enough to fix the problem.

You know, I’m probably not the easiest guest from a hotel or apartment owner’s perspective. I arrive very late, leave late as well, and often ask for flexibility because of my work schedule. That’s why I want to express enormous respect and appreciation to the owner of this property. He personally met me late in the evening, well after 11 PM, kindly showed me everything, and even left a small welcome gift — water and some food products — because I arrived so late. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to leave at the originally scheduled time. Still, by agreement, the owner kindly gave me an additional two hours for check-out because I had an urgent work-related commitment. He also specially reserved a street parking spot for me right under the windows of the apartment, which was extremely convenient. Whenever any small issue or question came up, I called him twice, and both times he responded immediately and helped right away, including arranging an unscheduled cleaning. What can I say? Absolutely the best combination of price, quality, kindness, and true customer-oriented attitude from a property owner that I’ve experienced.
