Hiring the Tentbox from Gillian and James couldn’t have been a better expierence. Great communication beforehand, making sure everything would go smoothly. They are super friendly and made sure I was all set up and knew how to operate the tent before I was on my way. The setup with a winch for the tent means the whole process of fitting the tent couldn’t be easier or quicker. The tent itself is well cared for, clean, easy to use, comfy and a fun experience. Only problem is I want one of my own now. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone! It’s a 10/10 from me.

I would 100% recommend anyone looking to rent a TentBox to go with these guys! The installation process is super simple thanks to a clever hoist system they have in their barn. The TentBox itself is incredibly easy to open and close—it literally takes less than a minute. I’ll definitely be hiring from them again!

The Tentbox classic is so comfortable with its memory foam mattress - we experienced hot and colder wet weather and in both were ambient and cosy. Kept really well by Gillian and James and mattress protector on to ensure hygiene. Gillian and James were the pinnacle of professionalism. From booking right through to collection of the box in their beautiful barn with a winch, we felt totally supported. We had a great week in the box and it was effortless. We had some delays with our roof bars and our booking was made flexible and in panic that we may not make the trip Gillian always replied to me even late at night, and reassured us. They are superstars. Dealing with them made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable. The price is higher than some but for the load / unload ease, service, and no deposit, we felt it was reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone.

The poles to hold the sides up were due to be replaced as a previous renter had broken one which was a shame; as we couldn’t have the canopies up at the side. It didn’t cause too many problems but would have been nice to offer some more coverage.

Great service from Gillian and James. The tent box was very clean and comfortable. Great system for installing and removing the box. They both go above and beyond!
