- private Pool with a cool bar - 3 beautiful bedrooms with a Bath each - FULL equipped citchen, there is everything you Need and brand new - wonderful eating area outside - Nina was very very kind and helpful (thanks again :) - Thanks Damir for this nice Place in Istria :-)

Everything was perfect and reflects what is on the pictures. The pool was nice, clean and refreshing. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Two of them are large and the other two rather smaller. The kitchen is very well equipped and can easily accommodate full capacity of the villa. There is a gas bbq and a coal one. There is a parking space for at least 2 cars. The surrounding area is very quiet and there will be no other cars passing through.

The only thing you need to consider is that Smoljanci is a small village and there are no restaurants or shops. You will have to drive few kilometres.
