Paradise City Break

I had a great and very comfortable stay at Paradise City Break. The manager, Guy, is very helpful and friendly. My room/bungalow was very comfortable and quite large. It also had some really unusual and fun features: an in-room sauna (took a while to heat up though), wireless charging stations at the bedside for cell phones, colorful "stars" built into the ceiling and controlled by remote control. I was lucky to have one of the only upstairs rooms, which meant a nice view of the Indian Ocean in the distance.

The location is ok, but not much is walkable. You can walk to a huge supermarket, but that requires walking along the side of a busy road and crossing some busy intersections. But it is quiet. I had a hard time finding the property initially because my phone stopped receiving a good GPS signal -- but I assume with a functioning GPS, it would be easy enough to find this place.

Utterly superb. Immaculate, clean, great facilities and wonderful location

No real critiques to be honest. Better than what we had hoped for. Lovely staff. Helpful and kind.

The hospitality of Guy was exceptional. We were a group of 6 persons but unfortunately at the last minute , 2 of my friends could not come. Guy did not charge us for that one additional room we had booked. He did everything to make us feel comfortable though the rooms provided all the comfort of a home. He made us taste his homemade rhums 😉 he was always available for any help, within minutes! It was my husband's birthday on the day we had to leave and he made sure we got the cake as requested(the cake was damn good) I would definitely go there on my next trip to Reunion Island.

Wish we could stay longer 😔
