Balabani Local Stay

Mladi and his wife welcomed us warmly and we had good conversations even though we only stayed for one night. We got a spontanious vegetarian dinner made from all the fresh veggies they grow in their garden. The place is beautiful and serene and the room was great so it was the perfect stay close to the airport.

Purtroppo in una camera c’erano parecchi ragni. L’escursione al lago Scutari è stata fatta per metà perché il livello dell’acqua era troppo basso ma è ci è stata fatta pagare per intero.

Ujutro smo narucili dorucak koji je bio kvalitetan ukusan lepo spremljen.Sa moje strane sve preporuke za ove divne srdacne ljude.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber die uns fast um Mitternacht mit einer gekühlten Wassermelone empfangen haben. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage lief schon als wir ankamen. Die Unterkunft ist umgeben von einem wunderschönen, großen Garten. Wir würden wiederkommen!

We stayed at Balabani Local Stay and it was truly one of the warmest, most welcoming places we've ever experienced. The staff are incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely caring — you feel more like a guest in someone’s home than in a hotel. The rooms were spotless and cozy, with very comfortable beds that made for a great night's sleep. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. Breakfast alone is worth the stay! If you're looking for peace, comfort, and true hospitality — this is the place. Would happily come back again!

The breakfast was great. The people were very friendly. Good for a short term stay.
