USThe host was easy to communicate with and accommodating to requests. The property was very clean and had many of things we needed to cook and relax. While it is a 15 min drive outside of the town of Klamath, it was fun being able to use the Running Y Resort amenities and see lots of wildlife.
Only one bathroom is accessible for 3 of the bedrooms while the second is an ensuite. Not a big deal, but might be worth noting. An umbrella or sun shade would be nice of for the rear deck.
