Not so private, it looks more like a hostel with private rooms to me. You must be very quiet and timid so as not to wake up the other guests (night or morning). Also, the balcony is not used for sitting and enjoying, don't count on that. The host is very concerned about the cleanliness of the facility, and organizes cleaning every morning (around 10:30), so it can be awkward making breakfast while he's cleaning around you. But he is a really nice person.

Kia ora! Coming from Rotorua, where I run my own little holiday bach, I know a thing or two about what makes a stay feel just right. Easystay was a real beaut! The flat had that sweet combo of comfort and smarts – tidy as, with everything you need at your fingertips. It’s clear as day the hosts put heaps of mahi (work) and aroha (love) into this place. You can tell from the moment you walk in that it's been set up not just to impress, but to welcome you like whānau. Ka pai, Giuseppe – you’ve nailed it! Would come back in a heartbeat. "Absolutely stoked with this place – a hidden gem!" We picked EASYSTAY for the chilled-out vibe we got from the photos – and let me tell ya, it did not disappoint! The apartment surprised and delighted us from the moment we walked in. Super clean, peaceful, and had that calm energy you don't always find when you're travelling. Location-wise, it's spot-on for anyone driving – right near the main roads that shoot you out to all the stunning spots in Puglia. Plus, it’s close enough to the city centre to walk, or just hop on a bus – stops are right around the corner. Loved how everything was well looked after, and the whole place just felt welcoming and easy. Would happily stay again – top notch!

The property is newly refurbished. The communal areas (kitchen and bathroom) are well equipped and have everything you need. The room was very big, I would have replaced the sofa with a sofa bed in case guests are not keen on sharing a double bed with friends or want to sleep more comfortably. There is a market nearby selling local products, bus stops and electric bikes for rent. Host was great!

The room was nice and clean, with comfy beds and we had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. I am very thankful for the host that he allowed us to check in early. The location is great, you can reach the central station in about a 20-minute walk, town center in another 20 minutes. If you take a bus, it will be a short 15-minute drive to the main attractions. Overall we were very happy!

Somehow I missed that we will have to share the bathroom and kitchen with other guests. Wasn't a big deal after all, but not wat we wanted :)

The room was super clean, and the bed was in perfect condition. Everything was spotless, making this place definitely worth it.

The bathroom was shared, but it was always in perfect, clean condition. I'm not sure when they cleaned it, but I assume it was twice a day. The apartment does not have an elevator, but the stairs are manageable

The room was great. We had room no.2 and it was clean,comfortable and very cozy. The location was very nice,ith the city busses you can go wherever you want in the city. We spent a lot of time in the old town and it was a 20 minutes trip with the city bus from the location.

We had a small inconvenience with the washing mashine door that needs to be pushed just a little bit before you pull it to open it. The host were quick to respond on WhatsApp though and they helped us with the problems. The rest was great.

I really recommend this place. It is perfect for 6-8 adults for a city-break trip. It is 22 min walking distance from the Bari Centrale Railway Station and it is well equipped, AC installed, spacious kitchen with all appliances! Really clean and after renovation. Very good contact with the owner via Whatsup. Internet working well, two bathrooms (one small) but toilet is separated so it does help once there are more persons at the same time. I really recommend for a group that needs 4 rooms and then sharing these batrooms is not a problem at all. There is pizza place on the corner, sushi place 200m from the house and EuroSpar in 4 min walking distance. Across the street there is a fresh market and Penny Store within 12 min walk.
