Am făcut rezervarea din luna mai cu cazare în octombrie. Am fost o familie mare de 7persoane, rezervasem 3 camere. La sosire surpriza nu am camere disponibile pentru noi, sunt în overbook și rezervarea entitatea a văzut-o doar în acea dimineață.
