Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR tests are available at this property at no extra charge for those exhibiting symptoms consistent with the virus and have been confirmed by an accredited doctor. It is possible to extend your stay at this property at no extra cost for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes, with a maximum limit of 10 extra days. Medical monitoring is available for guests quarantined due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). This may be provided in person or virtually, depending on the property type and location. A negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result is mandatory to check-in to this property. Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination, a recent valid negative Coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Carvaans Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. A deposit may be required at the property.
