Absolutely fantastic! From the moment I entered the hotel, I knew that this would be a great vacation. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The food is very tasty and varied, and drinks are available throughout the day in unlimited quantities. I personally recommend a room where you enter the pool directly from the terrace. There is a beautiful sandy beach right below the hotel. Across the street from the hotel, you can book trips to famous attractions on the island. My husband and I rented a car since the island is quite large and we visited a new location every day. If we come to Zakynthos again, we will definitely return to this hotel.

Our stay in Zakynthos was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and great service.

Das Hotel war fantastisch! Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders die große und gepflegte Poolanlage war ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

New property with an interesting design concept. Many private pools which takes the load off the main pool. Very friendly and helpful owner and front desk staff!

It’s ok for a *** hotel, but lacks everything you‘d need for the ***** it is being advertised as. Staffing is the biggest problem in F&B, maybe overworked but certainly unwilling and therefore unfriendly. Cleanliness is a big issue. Everything is small - from the bistro terrace to the buffet, guests are constantly in each others way. Quality ranges from moderate to really bad - eg coffee machines with milk powder and if you need an alternative you’re given a pack of soy milk. All acceptable in 3* hotels but not for 5*. Many things appear to be a tick in the box - there must be a buffet, a bar, a gym, a playground,… but nothing is up to standard. If you want a drink not included in ‚all inclusive‘ (…) then you need to walk to reception, pay in cash and back to the bar. Pool hygiene is a problem which leads to a constant oily surface on the water and a green, greasy film on the pool walls. Swimming trunks, bikinis, uv-shirts… all turn yellow and have green stains. All in all, not a place I would recommend despite a super friendly and cheerful host.

Semmi nem tetszett, nagyon gyenge..😔

Mi 5***** szállodára számítottunk és fizettünk 6 éjszakára 2 család 5400 eurot. De ez nem 5*****, hanem maximum 3***, talán 2,1/2** Nem családnak való, nagyon csalódott vagyok, úgy érzem, hogy átverés az árhoz képest. Amit a fotókon látsz nem az vár rád. Semmi nem olyan volt amit a képeken láttunk és amiért fizettünk. Étterem és konyha: kicsi, szűk, nagyon mocskosság volt. ahoz, hogy fel juss az étkező helyre sorban kellett állni egy szűk lépcsőn.. kényelmetlen volt. Ez 5*? Étel: minden nap ugyanaz, kevés választék, gyenge minőség, nem ízletes, olcsó kategória. A leggyengébb étteremben is finomabban főznek. BAR: nagyon mocskos, igénytelen, nincs választék, ami van az a legolcsobb termékek.. pl. Kértem egy colat és töltöttek egy pohár pepsi colat pet palackból. Ez 5*? A sör viz ízű volt, ihatatlan. Ami a legrosszabb hogy nem lehetett vásárolni sem egy normális italt. A kávé olcsó és gyenge. Ez 5*? Terasz: kicsi, kevés asztal és szűk hely, nagyon mocskosság volt, még hamutartó sem volt, poharakban hamuztunk. Ez 5*? Személyzet: Nagyon barátságtalan Személyzet! Egy fiú volt mindössze aki kedves és barátságos volt. Szégyen.. Szobák: Kicsi és szűk, nem higiénikus. Nagyon zajos, minden át hallatszik a szomszéd szobából. Ez nem 5*, maximum 2-3*.
